This year, Food Service Consultants (FSC) is the organization catering for Holy Redeemer’s hot lunch. Sandy Palmer is the woman who is serving kids their hot lunch. “I have been working for FSC for a few months,” says Palmer. “My favorite part of this job is socializing with kids and staff. I love people and serving them the right food so that it looks good.”
One student claims that “I feel that the hot lunch is pretty good quality, but I feel that some improvements could be made.” Another says that “FSC is personally my new favorite. Why? The food is hot and tastes better and there is more variety than the last company.”
If a child wants to be signed up for hot lunch, their parent can get the FSC app in the App Store. Instructions were in the back to school packet.
